All 1 oz Apollo 11 Silver Rounds are available to you with protective air-tite capsules and come with a unique serial number engraved onto the edge of the specimens. As proof-like products, the silver rounds in the Apollo 11 Series feature frosted designs and mirrored background fields for visual contrast.

On the obverse of the 1 oz Apollo 11 Moment of Silence Silver Round is the image of Buzz Aldrin in his lunar space suit as he stands within a region of the moon known as the Sea of Tranquility. With the Earth visible in the background, Aldrin stands still on the barren surface of the moon. Engravings around the outer edge of the design field capture Aldrins request at the moment: I Would Like to Request a Few Moments of Silence.

The reverse of 1 oz Apollo 11 Liftoff Silver Rounds is the common design element that will feature throughout the collection. The design depicts an American bald eagle clutching an olive branch in its talons as it comes to rest on the Moon. This is similar to the mission patch of the Apollo 11 crewmembers and was appropriate given the name of the lunar module for landing was Eagle.

These are beautifully crafted rounds that few will have the opportunity to own. The low mintage of 5000 means they will quickly disappear from the market. Others are minted in the millions, with pieces always flooding the secondary market.
