Lovely handmade item with beautiful Celtic details. Silvertone buttons. Arms are open on the top but closed with buttons. The buttons are fastened with ribbon that appear to be tacked closed on the arms. Some of the ribbons have some wear and tear.

Fabric content is unknown but is labeled dry clean only. It appears to be linen.
