DESCRIPTION:

This is a good used Keihin FCR39 pumper Carb from a 2003 KTM 525 EXC that needs a little work.  This will fit 00-05 single cam RFS KTM's but it will also work for 05-07 RFS bikes if you used an earlier airbox boot.  This is the best KTM carb for pumper conversions, it has a removable intake bell so you can run adapter bells.   This is nearly a bolt on for LC4 pumper conversions,  contact me if you want to run on a 640, I've done this a few times.  

This is a decent used carb that needs some attention.  1st, the good stuff the jets are clean and the accelerator pump worked correctly until it didn't.  This came from a runner and ran good.  The choke knob stays out when you pull it (like it should).  Comes with throttle housing and cables.  Now the issues.  The Accelerator pump worked initially but it sucked up some debris and the nozzle is plugged now.  It shouldn't be to hard to clean it out,  but it will need attention ( I can't promise you'll get it cleaned out, I just know it worked and know I've cleaned out many of them.  The pump diaphragm is fine,  so is the spring.  The needle and seat leaks.  Now it didn't leak when I bought the bike,  but after sitting for a few weeks I noticed it was overflowing if I left the gas on right before I put the bike up on the lift.  It's possible that it's a little debris too,  but odds are the needle tip is dried out and it needs replacement.  Long story short, you'll need to put some time into this carb,  but it's a great core to start with.  If I run out of projects to do before this sells, I might go back to it,  but I have plenty to do right now so I'm just going to sell this for less than usual (I usually get $350 for this part number with the cables and housing).    Please review the pics and assess the condition for yourself as well,  see in pics.
