This item is a vintage preowned David Winter Cottages Cameos ‘Saddle Steps’ from 1991 & includes the certificate of authenticity and the original box.

The item is in excellent preowned condition and shows minimal wear given its age and normal use over decades. I see no visible chips, cracks or missing paint. The product identification sticker is still attached to the base.
