Jewel Cases may have a crack or two or missing a hinge, but all will store your CD just fine.  

Being from my lifetime personal CD collection, the quality ranges from VERY GOOD with no marks to some light marks which don't affect play.  As mentioned, I am playing these all completely through before listing, and all will play and sound GREAT.
