Genuine OEM Freezer Shelf-Wire WP2174268 / AP6005931 (Measurements 15" x 12.75"). 

These are the larger shelves that goes below the smaller wire shelves in the freezer compartment. 

According to available information the manufacturer has discountinued production of these wire shelves making them that much more difficult to locate.

 

List prices are firm as parts for this model are either very expensive or no longer available. Additionally the cost of shipping is included in that price, shipping that includes tracking & insurance against loss/damage.
