As with all guitars (used or new!) set ups, action, string choices etc are a matter of personal preference.

Also, this should go without saying but please, please, please don’t commit to buy my items and then change your mind later. This happens surprisingly often and it’s a real hassle for a personal seller like me.

Original Italian Eko Ranger 12 string acoustic with an absolutely gorgeous figured burled back!

Extremely low action especially for a 12 string - these vintage ones are often sky high but this is a dream to play.

On to the negatives - quite a bit of fret wear so would benefit from a dress or refret at some point but still plays fine for now.

Also plenty of knocks and scrapes and lacquer cracks which isn’t surprising given its half century age! Everything still looks structurally fine.

Finally, the end pin snapped off and the remnant is still lodged inside the hole but would be a quick fix if drilled out and replaced.

This would be a fine guitar for playing now or if lovingly restored could be an absolute masterpiece!
