Hot Wheels ? It’s Hong Kong All Metal Chopper / motorcycle !! All cast Metal Except Tires & Missing Seat! These were rubber plastic

There is a piece of the seat left but most of it gone!

Has both rubber tires! This is such a well made motorcycle and I believe a Harley Davidson based on the engine style?

It is painted yellow original factory color.!

You please use your judgment as to condition, type and timeframe! Check the pics!! The seat was plastic and the tires are rubber/plastic!

As is as seen as found as pictured!! Frame is intact as well as tires!! Has working metal kickstand!!
