Blair is a terrific clothing company.   Fabric is 60% cotton, 40% polyester.  Beautiful long jacket.  Top part is navy blue and green stripes in a flattering pattern.  The bottom part is solid navy blue.  Front zip with nice big pockets.   In excellent condition ~ it doesn't look like it's been worn.
