I'm a collector so I know how frustrating it is to receive a damaged Pop. It's the worst!  That being said...

  There are no returns or refunds unless the product itself is damaged or it's the wrong one. We can't control much after we ship it out to you. We will do our best to work with you BUT once it leaves our spot, it is out of our hands :(
