1905 ANTIQUE BRASS MICROSCOPE - SIGNED ERNST LEITZ WESLAR

Serial No. 85986 indicates a date for 1905.  Brass & cast iron.  The eyepiece is marked with a no.3.  There are three objectives.  One stamped Chapman & Alldridge Ltd 16mm NA.28. One stamped 3 E. Leitz Weslar.  The third is unmarked.

In good antique condition,  uncleaned as found. Some marks and wear from age and use.  The optics look fine and everything works as it should.

Height highest 32.2cm. 2.6 kg. Approx.
