Here is a fantastic Antique Venetian Millefiori Glass Beads beaded necklace featuring these great antique beads with a matte finish. There is quite a collection of antique murina on these beads. They have a nice shape too.
Necklace measures 37" long. There are 39 Venetian millefiori glass beads. They graduate in size from the largest bead (center) which measures 26 mm on down to the smaller beads at the end which measure 8 mm. Each bead has a pair of matte blue accent beads and in between them is the hand knotting. Since each bead is made one-at-a-time there is some variation in size, color, style, etc.
There are no issues with the beads. They are strung on silk cord and it all feels tight. The clasp is an age appropriate screw together clasp. Please study the pictures carefully as they are an integral part of the description.
