Used. A year ago, I seam sealed all the seams in the floor as well as the seams on the tent fly. The original tape that NEMO used to seal the seams had dried out and was breaking up. I scraped as much of the old tape off which was a chore but also just ended up seam sealing over top of what I couldn't remove. There are runs of seam sealer and it doesn't look pretty but should keep the water out. Even a year later when removing the tent to set up to take pics the seam sealer was still "tacky" and sticks to the tent material when it is bunched up. Due to this there may be some seams that need a "touch up". I spent several days in the tent last fall but did not have any precipitation to test how well my seam sealing was. Attached in the pics are some of the seams. Obviously, I can't take pics of all of them but they all pretty much look the same. I wouldn't hesitate taking this out in the rain as again, I think of the seams are going to keep the rain out.
