Vintage Ocean City Catalina No. 146 Model Circa 1938-41  Cleaned Testing & Working

Its missing a name/face plate so research revealed that Ocean City manufactured this Catalina Model which features:

- a Catalina star drag salt water reel;

-Patented Synchro mesh with automatic free spool level;

-Reinforced Bakelite side rails;

-Open top with Double side bar construction;

-Double multiplying action;

-Star drag;

-Oilite self-lubricating spool bearings & new oiling system that allows oiling from outside;

-S-Shaped handle with pear shaped knob;

-Inshore, surf casting & pier fishing applications.

300 yd size spool;

Spool width: 2 1/8".
