For your consideration....THE NEW PRETTY VILLAGE ENGINE HOUSE SET by McLoughlin Brothers, 1897.

In the original box.  The grouping appears to be more than one set with some duplicates to figures (boats, wagons, etc.).  Three roofs are present, but multiple houses beyond the spaces on the play mat.  One wagon says "Milton Bradley" on the side, so perhaps a MB set is mixed in.

In Good Condition overall with some issues.  Images are clear on sturdy cardboard and present a fascinating look at America at the turn of the 20th century 125 years ago.  Some damage to figures (wagons, trees, people, etc.).  Includes 3 roofs with 7 structures.  Box is in fair condition with loss of side panels and tape repair to bottom panels.  The roof of the bell tower for the top of the Fire Station is present, but the tower is missing.  One side of the Rip Van Winkle house needs to be glued to the other.  Other issues may be present in the photos, so please review them.
