United States Postal History Cover - a small size window cover with return address:  The Woolson Spice Company, Toledo, Ohio.  Postmarked Toledo, Ohio September 20, 1913 with a slogan cancel:  PERRY'S VICTORY CENTENNIAL PUT-IN-BAY OHIO-1913.  With the cover is a billhead from the company for product sold to D. M. Modesitt, Stanley, Virginia.  The billhead has a vignette of the product Golden Sun Coffee, Spices, Tea.   The cover is average good condition, opened at the right side, and some at the top and bottom on the right side.  Some paper loss aong the edges where opened, wrinkles, creases, small tear on back side, some minor stains.   The billhead is very good condition, folded in half and then in half over.  A little splitting at the fold lines, some nicks on the edges, minor cuts on edges.    Overall a nice item for the specialist collector.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE.   Payments made by 9 a.m. Eastern Time Zone Monday thru Friday the ebay lot is mailed the same day.  Payments after 9 a.m. Friday or on Saturday or Sunday the ebay  lot is mailed on Monday.  I mark all ebay lots as shipped once I package the item even if it goes out later per this shipping schedule.

BIDDING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS / MULTIPLE DAYS - let me know and I will hold those items up to 7 days.  Otherwise payment is expected within 3 days or less.  I send updated invoices at the end of each days auctions.  Once payment is made those items being held will be shipped together.  Please wait to pay until you have received a final invoice for all items purchased to receive a reduced shipping fee.

SALES TAX - Ebay collects sales tax for those specific states that require such.  Where appropriate ebay will add the sales tax to the purchase price based on the delivery address of the buyer.  Ebay calculates, collects and remits the sales tax directly to each state as required.
