This item is a preowned no box with tags Party Lite one-piece brass candle snuffer ‘Orleans’ #P6044.

The item still has tags attached; however it has scratches and some discolored places (see pictures). The inside of the bell shows no soot so I do not believe it has been used for extinguishing candles (see pictures).
