Although we do our very best to refer to any damage or defects there may be times when something is missed. To avoid disappointment we ask you to examine photos closely.
Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.
Questions
We aim to respond to questions within 48 hours of receipt.
Auction and Buy it Now
In order to remain fair to everyone, we do not end auctions early. Only those items listed as Buy it Now will be sold on that basis.
Combined Postage
We are happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases where the revised postage cost is lower. Please note that this is only possible on UK postage charges.
Delivery
Where postage is included, the item will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
We are only able to dispatch items to the address provided on your eBay account. Please check these details before making payment.
If the item is listed on a collection only basis, then please contact us after making payment in order to confirm arrangements. We are happy for you to organise your own courier but please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit in these circumstances.
Returns
We will issue/accept a return for your item if the request comes in within 28 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received by us and only if its condition is the same as it was went it was sent to you.
