Southern Railway luggage label, as shown

Southern Railway oblong destination labels measure around 93mm x 36mm and carry the stock code 787 and all, except most 1923 & several slightly later issues, bear the month & year of printing. Different typefaces were originally used for the title until the one shown dated 7/24 which became the standard, until the ‘sunshine lettering’ was used on many labels from 1946 and also included the print quantity

Please note that some luggage labels can be quite fragile, especially those where the paper has browned and should be handled carefully

Combined Postage - To reduce postage charges for Multiple Purchases made together, please place all items in a basket and the p & p will automatically combine when checking out and paying for all items at once.

Please note that postal prices also include packing materials and the ebay postage fees & International fees where appropriate.  Combined postage cannot be given after payment.

All Items are pre-owned Originals, unless otherwise stated, and may also have minor imperfections including edge tears, mounting marks or creases not mentioned, commensurate with their age/use.

Postage and packing is shown separately for the U.K., Europe & Worldwide destinations

All items are normally sent as soon as possible, and within 4 working days, following receipt of cleared funds, packed suitably to withstand the normal rigours of the postal system.

Items are sent through the Royal Mail or Evri, either signed for, tracked or with a certificate of posting obtained, dependent on the postage band paid for

Insured & tracked delivery must be selected for all items over £20

Overseas buyers are responsible for any Customs matters, tax & import charges - Taxes or charges paid by e bay will be added to the invoice
