Stool is in fair vintage condition.  Structurally is has some play from side to side.  It can support a 165 lb adult without issue.  There are some repairs and splitting on the bottom.  Seat has some small tears and staining.  Could look good with new fabric.  Please enlarge and inspect photos to get the best sense for the item's condition.
