This is a vintage new original stock 1/4 drive socket set from Hazet.  It comes complete with the hard shell plastic case and the original box. 

I'm not sure, but I think this was manufactured in the 1980's.  The set is in great condition and all tools are present in the kit.  For the home mechanic or professional mechanic, this is a great kit to have from Hazet, a well known manufacturer of quality tools from Germany.

There are 29 pieces in the kit.  The bit tips include flat tip & Phillips, allen & 6 point sockets. The sockets & allens are metric sizes.
