This is a new Express chiffon dress in size L with a beige floral pattern. The dress has a high neck mandarin collar, long puff sleeves, and a button closure. It features ruffle, layered, and bow accents and is knee-length. The dress is machine washable and has a sheath style with a slip dress design. It is suitable for casual or dressy occasions and has a romantic flower theme. The dress is not vintage and is made of polyester.

Fully lined with a beige slip. The overdress is semi sheer.  Key hole button at back neck.

This dress has been in my closet for years as I adore it, but I have yet to find an appropriate event to wear it to.
