This next evolution subwoofer uses a new, longer, four layer aluminum voice coil. The result is more energy in the gap, higher sensitivity, lower distortion and better overall performance. The 18DS115 features a 40mm long, 4.5 inch diameter (116mm) Copper Clad Aluminum Wire voice coil. If there is no-one available to sign for the goods they will be taken back to the delivery depot and a card will be left at the delivery address. If you do not contact the delivery company within a few days the goods may be returned to us and there may be additional charges to redeliver the item. If after you have received your order you realise it was the wrong item, or just not quite what you expected you may return the item to us for a refund if the following conditions are met: - You tell us within 14 days of receiving the item - The item is NEW and UNUSED - The packaging is complete and intact - Any software is still sealed and unregistered This satisfaction guarantee allows you to see the item in the flesh and decide if you are totally happy with what you just bought BEFORE you start using it. If you have started using an item (or its after 14 days) and you decide its wrong for you then we can accept some items back for refund or credit against a new order however there may be a restocking fee depending on the item and packaging condition.
