The lady I got this from helped clear out a hardware store in Stayton Oregon before Ace Hardware bought the building which was 1984.
I found this shaped Pepsi logo started in 1974
While in good condition, there is some soiling to the back of his head that might wash off and his hat is only attached at the front.
