Replacement Throat Plate Insert for Table Saw

Assembly Instructions:

1. Align the front and back halves and apply CA glue on the tabs.
2. Clamp between two pieces of plywood and allow to set for 24 hours.
3. Sand the insert flush using 200-400 grit sandpaper.
4. Attach the rear tab using a 10-32 machine screw. Once tightened and threads stripped, secure with a 10-32 nut.
5. Install the assembled insert into your table saw using a second 10-32 machine screw.

Safety Recommendations:

• Use a GRR-Ripper and push stick to minimize the risk of kickback.
• Note: The built-in splitter is less effective than a riving knife.

• Installation requires 2x 10-32 machine screws and 1x 10-32 nut.
