Rare model of the popular Yamaha custom series S51

Yamaha's original S series was produced in 1980 for finger stylists with a compact, semi-jumbo body and long sustain.
This device is one of the few USED products manufactured in the first year of S-51 on the market.
Finest spruce top, premium palisandre sides and back, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, abalone body trim, and snowflake inlays.
This model was developed for finger players, with the good start-up characteristic of a compact body, the edgy, glittering, and bright sound that is characteristic of Yamaha, and especially the mid-to-high range response and good sustain.
This guitar belongs to the S series, but it was released around the time when the L series lineup was weeded out and entered a stable period.
Three models have been released under the name Yamaha's original semi-jumbo body.
Even the most entry-grade S-11 has a high specification of Top & Back Solid, indicating that all models were designed for middle-class players and above.
I think the specs of the Top & Back Solid and plywood sides are unusual for YAMAHA at the time and even now.
I've had it in stock twice in the past, and I actually got my hands on it, and I think it's a very well-made guitar, and by intentionally putting plywood on the sides, I was able to make it sound straight from the top to the back, making it a mania-like gem. Masu.
The S-21, which is in the middle, is also a wonderful guitar that I once held, and it had a really well-balanced sound that was THE rosewood.

The pinnacle of the S series is Terry Nakamoto's design, and the body is made of the highest quality materials, so there's nothing wrong with it.
Yeah! Good balance and sound!

This is a recommended item designed by precious Terry Nakamoto.
This is one of the earliest examples, and comes with a genuine custom series hard case.

It's a great bargain, so
