All items are cleaned (as appropriate) using eco-friendly methods. The images/photographs used in my listings are my own (they are not stock images) and so represent the actual item for sale. All precious metals are carefully tested to verify their metal content before they are offered for sale. If your purchase does not meet your expectations please get in touch with me via the eBay messaging system - Your feedback helps me to improve and I am more than happy to accept returns.
