Soviet Vintage Lens Mir-1 2.8/37 "Grand Prix" Brussels 1958, 37mm f/2.8 M42. Russian Lens Zenit USSR

The lens design was based on the Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 35mm f/2.8, however unlike the Russian clones of most Carl Zeiss lenses, they changed the focal length to 37mm while maintaining the same optical format as the Flektogon 35

Awarded at an exhibition in Brussels in 1958.
