The 10 cards in this set were available only through a redemption card offer. Redemption cards were inserted at the rate of 1:48 Score packs. The redemption cards were individually numbered 1-10, but do not mention the player for whom they are redeemable.
Top Rookie redeemed cards have a cut-out photo of the player over a silver foil background. The Top Rookie logo runs down the right side of the card; the player name, position and team logo are on the bottom of the card. The back has a color photo with text information and is numbered with a "TR" prefix.
