The RadioShack DX-398 is a portable all-band shortwave receiver radio with PLL synthesized FM/LW/MW/SW. It is black in color and was manufactured in Taiwan. The model is DX-398.

Tested and works, I am the orig owner. Has been well taken care of, a little dusty. Great for the end of the world communication, just need a faraday bag for it.
