Green Nephrite Jade/Aventurine? Chip Gemstone Necklace 44cm Long

This is a really pretty green chip necklace. I honestly do not know what the stones are, from the colour I'm thinking jade or aventurine???. But it could be something else. I can tell the stones are cold to the touch. You will have to decide for yourselves, what you think they are made of.

The stones of the necklace are all misshapen chips, there is no clasp the necklace goes over your head

The length that the necklace hangs at is approx 44cm.
