This is a set of 4 scottie dog napkin rings. They are made of a bakelite type plastic with red eyes and rolling wheels. Unused condition, they are great looking Deco dogs. They each measure 3 1/4" tall x 3 1/4" x 1" width at the wheels. Please see all photos.
