- Of Escutcheon shape, it was made by the celebrated early master of these labels...Sandilands Drinkwater and bears his second mark from around 1740 (G.3792). and the relevant lion passant purity mark.
- In good general condition, it has a plain front with acorn and oak leaf stringing, just light age related wear and a small piece missing from the piercing between the N and E of `WINE`
- It measures 5.5 x 3 5cms. and weighs 10.25gms.
