•If you want service, you will have to use VERIZON. If you just want a Wi-Fi device, then you don't need to worry about networks.

*If you buy this and have buyer's remorse after opening, I can not help with that. 

•If you send back the same unopened, undamaged phone I sent you, without opening it, and the serial numbers match, then absolutely, that is acceptable for a refund. 

•Do not buy and then try to send back a different phone or an opened box.
