We provide free 2nd class Royal Mail delivery on some of our items and other services are chargeable according to the product and service selected. We will dispatch all our orders NEXT WORKING DAY after we receive your completed payment. Royal Mail, aim to deliver products that are 2nd class post within 2-3 working days within the UK and 1st class post within 1-2 working days. PLEASE BE AWARE 1ST CLASS POST IS NOT A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY SERVICE. 

International postage by Royal Mail to Europe & Ireland is 2-10 Working days, but not guaranteed. Royal Mail Standard Airmail to USA, Canada & Rest of the World is normally 3-15 Working days, but not guaranteed. If your item has not arrived within the time stated, Before contacting us we would kindly ask you to check at your local postal sorting office, as sometimes your items may be held there due to the size of the package being to large or sometimes because the package may need a signature confirmation from the customer. 

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE; while we do our best to ship out your item on time, there may on occasion be a delay with the postal service, which is out of our control. If you haven’t received your item on time please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback so we can look into this for you and deal with the problem efficiently.
