This is a vintage Nerfuls figure of Visor Guy, the 13th character, manufactured by Parker Brothers in 1985. It is an original, not a reproduction, and was part of a mail-away promotion.

The figure is new and has never been opened. The Nerfuls franchise was popular in the 1980’s and featured small, collectible figures with interchangeable parts.
