For your consideration, Dr4 Watches has on offer a massive and impressive 50mm U-Boat Flightdeck Chronografo Titanio.  This timepiece is particularly interesting because it is in great shape, has powerful lume, a massive wrist presence, automatic timekeeping, a chronograph and a very interesting and well make strap.  These references are also "strap monsters" in that a variety of straps can be used to spice-up your U-Boat and add additional versatility in terms of looks.  For instance, seating this one a white leather with orange stitching strap would bring a very cool, very beachy "Miami" vibe.  Something to consider for sure.

At Dr4industries, we are bringing the best value on the internet.  Our specific skills include tirelessly sourcing our inventory and inspecting the items very closely upon receipt for quality and authenticity.

We are extremely thorough in our listings and we still absolutely encourage questions regarding the timepieces.  If you have questions regarding the specifications, provenance, history, etc., no problem.  Just ask if you have a question!

We only deal in 100% real watches because reputation is critical for us and in this industry in particular.  We always have the inventory in our possession.  We do not do the broker thing.

The condition of this watch set is as follows:  Pre-owned in excellent condition.

Because we only want timepiece customers who are delighted with their purchase, we strive to add some additional insight to help you make a great timepiece decision.

With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch set include:

1.     This watch is exceptionally large at 50mm and is a classic man's oversized diver watch.  This watch works with a wrist size beginning at 7+1/4 inches and goes to as large as an 8+1/2 inch wrist (with the included strap) with proper proportions.  I can only just barely pull this off with my 7+1/4 inch wrist though I admit I do like to wear it once every 6-8 weeks or so.

2.     Helping to offset the large size are three really nice attributes.  First, it is titanium which makes the watch relatively light on the wrist given its size.  Second, it is a "Destro" or left-sided crown and chronograph pusher set-up.  This helps those design elements avoid the wrist bend when worn on the left hand for a right-handed person like me.  Naturally, this set-up is traditional if you wear it on your right hand.  Third is the well made strap and the fact that there is very little "flare" from the lugs so they pull down quite securely on the wrist.

3.  The strap is a real thing of beauty and is quite substantial.  Overall, the watch and strap wears very substantial, even in titanium, so if you want to feel the watch on your wrist, then this one is for you.  I love how the strap uses an interesting porthole kind of design to add some visual interest and I think a bit of a military design ethos.

4.  Of course you get top quality, Italian made, watchmaking.  This particular reference and this line of watches from U-Boat is extremely tank tough and versatile.

5.  The canteen crown cover and integration of that feature over the chronograph start/stop and reset pushers is functional and visually interesting.  Being right-handed, I find that I like using chronograph functions on "destro watches" a little bit more as the process of timing a secondary event is more fun and intuitive for me when the pushers are on the left side.

6.  Massive size and massive lume are nicely paired with this one.  This one really captures the light and demonstrates it in the lumed indices and hands.  Just wonderful.

7.  An exhibition caseback keeps the party going by giving you a visual treat if you want to see the movement.

8.  All in all, this is for a larger man of action, perhaps a bouncer or athlete or rebel who wants an aggressive yet stylish timepiece.

8.  A generic box will be included in the sale as I like to ship my watches via a box so they stay nicely protected in route to the buyer.

We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you).  Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside).  In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation.  We should always be the first port-of-call if there is an issue.  100% delighted customers so far and we aim to keep it that way.

Please examine the pictures, what you see is what you get.  The only exception is the English Bull Dog which we put in our group shots because we think it looks great.  The Bull Dog is a James Bond tie-in and we kind of really like James Bond.

And finally, we are an Atlanta based business but we also operate out of North Florida (some inventory in both places) as I like to include my brother in the business some.

Thank you for your consideration,

Steve (Dr4)
