These are a bit small for 1:12 scale....seem like a better fit for 1:16...see measurements.

Sink measures 2.25 inches to top of basin.

Bathtub measures 4.75 inches long, 1.5 inches to rim.

Toilet lid does not open. Measures 2.75 inches high.
