Support & Installation
All the latest printer drivers, manuals and software can be downloaded for free from the manufacturers website.
The
manufacturer is also available for support on their printers (whether
it's two weeks old or 10 years) and can help with installation should
you need them.
We do not provide support as the manufacturer does this - this also helps keep our prices low!
Delivery/Collection
You
may collect this photocopier from our store located in Tamworth B77 4DS
(Staffordshire), but an appointment must be made prior to collection.
We are open during normal office hours (Monday/Tuesday/Friday,
9:30-2-15, Wednesday/Thursday 9:30-5:00).
Delivery fee is to most UK mainland addresses however not all areas are covered. Please check charge for addresses like London Congestion Zone, Northern Ireland, Scotland. Scottish Highlands etc.
Delivery time is based on 8 workings days from payment date, but we try supply a quicker service. We deliver between Monday and Friday only.
Delivery
(ground floor only) will be on a pallet with the use of a tail-lift
lorry and the goods are fully insured by us (right up to the moment you
sign for them)
