A tough-as-nails mountain boot built for use on or off the trail, Kenetrek® Hardscrabble Hiking Boots for Men give you superior support from a lightweight and comfortable hiker. Extremely popular in the western US, the Hardscrabble features rugged 2.8 mm full grain leather uppers with a 1-piece vamp design and seamless tongue for superior waterproof protection and abrasion resistance. These durable uppers also feature Kenetrek's flex-notch design and heavily-padded collars for superior comfort and support. Heavy-duty, full-length, 7 mm nylon midsoles provide superior support and stability over uneven terrain, while the reinforced rubber sole guards around the bottom of the upper give extra protection against rock abrasion. Waterproof/breathable Windtex® membrane technology inside the boot keeps feet dry and comfortable. Exclusive, high traction K-Talon outsoles feature an aggressive and toothy multi-directional lug design with deep relief and an open tread pattern for good footing in the snow, mud, or dry ground.
