This is a sleeveless red silk dress by Elizabeth and James, with a round neckline and a high-low hemline. The dress is made of crepe de chine and chiffon on the bottom and has same color polyester lining. It has been kept in smoke free, light free environment. No odors, discoloration or damages. Tried on but never worn out. Can be worn casually or to a black tie affair. It was purchased at Bergdorf Goodman and has that tag sewn in as well. This is a size Small.

The bodice part of the dress is made of silk Crepe de Chine. This is the "sheath" part of the dress. From the top of the sleeveless armholes at the shoulder, this measures approximately 35 1/2 inches. The 
hi-low
 design of this beautiful dress is made of silk Chiffon. The front is shorter than the back. from the seam of the body of the dress, it measures approximately 8 inches in the mu=iddle and gradually gets longer at the sides, 9 inches, 10 inches, up to 12. 13. 14 inches in length. The back, from the seam attaching the Crepe de Chine to the Chiffon is longer in the middle at 26 inches, gradually and elegantly going shorter on the sides at 25 inches, 24 inches, graduating to 17 inches on the sides. 

The total length at the longest point in the middle from the back is a little over 52". graduating up

From the back, the total length from mid neck is approximately 35 inches. graduating down to 17 inches at the sides. I hope this makes sense!

Underarm to underarm measures approximately 18 inches across

Waist area is approximately 21 inches across 

Hip area is approximately 23 inches across.

It is essentially a slight A-line shape in the sheath/bodice portion of the dress up to the seam where it becomes chiffon.

The color is a stunning and vibrant tomato red. Great for year 'round wear!
