This is a center grill Support that we removed from a 1969 Buick Skylark. I believe the lock/plate also bolts to this on top. Not sure if this will fit 1968 or not, but we did remove it from a 1969 Skylark. Part is in great shape, he includes one of the bolts For the center of the grill to the bracket mounting bolt.
