SIZE: It measures approx. 5 1/4 +/- inches across at the opening and stands
approx. 4 1/8 +/- inches tall.
CONDITION: Excellent with signs of age/use. The rim has a fingernail sized nick - PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS BY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
SIGNATURES/MARKINGS: It is
not marked/signed as expected for age.
COMMENTS : A nice early and classic example from SANTO DOMINGO Pueblo along the Rio Grande. All hand coiled and hand fired with yucca brush painted designs and a really nice early patina. The form is globular with a fluted rim and looks to be c.1920-40, and it has a LOW PRICE !
