This is the Chien Pao-Palkia V deck for Standard type tournament play. It's very competitive and is tournament winner.

Basic Strategy: To make a card engine use Melony and Radiant Greninja or Bidoof and Bibarel. You can use Chien Pao's "Shivery Chill" ability to stack energy for it's "Hail Blade" attack for single massive damage. You can also use Palkia's "Subspace Swell" attack for consistent high damage.

Shivery Chill:
Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may search your deck for up to 2 Basic Water Energy cards, reveal them, and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck.

Hail Blade 60×
You may discard any amount of Water Energy from your Pokémon. This attack does 60 damage for each card you discarded in this way.

Subspace Swell 60+
This attack does 20 more damage for each Benched Pokémon (both yours and your opponent’s).

This deck comes pre-sleaved in Dragon Shield Sapphire Matte that has been lightly played. The cards however are all in near-mint condition. I've had great success with this deck, but I don't play anymore, so I hope someone else can have some fun with it!
