THE IMPORTANT STUFF---PLEASE READ:

*we ship M-F mornings.  the local post is closed on saturdays.

*every month we receive dozens of requests to end auctions early for a BIN (buy it now)---we are often happy to do so with a great, fair offer, but it isn't a prudent business decision to end an auction early at a lower price than list or at list.  we are happy to  consider BIN offers that are higher than list....and ebay requires BIN to be a minimum of 30% greater than list.

*for the past several years, the postage rates have risen annually.  first class used to cost close to nothing!  now, a 13 oz first class envelope from MI to CA is well over $6.  we don't strive to profit on S&H, but we attempt to be fairly accurate as to not lose money.   

*many of our customers bid on/buy more than one auction. *PLEASE NOTE: ebay requires shipping within our stated timeframe of ONE BUSINESS DAY for every sale or we are downgraded accordingly.   if you are looking at multiple items, do not pay until finished bidding.  if you pay for an item, we will ship immediately.  we can not hold items after payment.*

*each month approximately 15% of our sales result in unpaid item cases--most of which are never paid and the case closes against the buyer's account. also, in most cases, said buyer doesn't reply to friendly emails.  PLEASE, this is a family business I run with my kids---started five years ago to teach my kids responsibility, follow thru and professionalism while earning money for college funds. when a buyer doesn't pay, we have up to an 8-day period where we must wait to close the case.  this prohibits us from offering the item to another bidder or relisting. we are so pleased to have made a go of this ebay venture---please help ensure our success by  bidding on items that you intend to purchase.  if you have a problem with paypal or payment, please resolve that before bidding.
