This auction is for 3 POUNDS of New, dry, seasoned (2+ years) American Oak sticks for Rapid aging of Distilled spirits (Moonshine, Whiskey, Rum, ...) Beer, or for use in a smoker to add some great seasoning to your favorite meat or vegetables. 

The wood is NOT charred. It is raw, untreated wood. You will need to char/toast it to your desired level. They are about the size/thickness of 2 liter barrel staves.

This wood is free of bugs, pesticides and chemicals. The American Oak pieces are ready to be used in your smoker/grill or to char to your desired level for your alcohol aging/flavoring project.

Each piece is hand selected and chopped which gives at least 2 sides rough cut which will add some great surface area.

Pieces are approximately 5-6" long x .75" wide x .25"-.5" thick and will vary slightly in size. 

The package sale is for a total weight in wood of at least 3 pounds. 1 Pound is shown in the pictures.
