I got this item at a local estate sale in Portland, Oregon many years ago.  I know nothing about the origin.  It reads as an indenture of George and Elizabeth Chapman and as seen in the photos, is dated 1607.  It appears to be written on sheep skin.  It has 4 wax seals on the bottom from the 4 signers of the document.  It's currently in a plexiglass holder.  I can ship it in the holder or remove it and ship it rolled in a cardboard tube.
