Used Honeywell 6148 Fixed Display Keypad.

Fully tested - All LED's, KEYS, SCREEN, FUNCTIONS work great.

NO DOOR. 

Color is OK, It has some minor scuffs.Print on 2 key is slightly worn. A little paint on the base, no paint on the keypad itself.

It Works very well.

Keypad is currently addressed for SE Panels - Ask if you do not know what that means.
