 The ring is made from 9 carat gold, and has a full set of English gold hallmarks, and maker's marks HGLd. 

The heart is set with a real diamond, which measures 1 mm. across. 

Traditional Claddagh style featuring hands around a heart and crown.

Some very light wear consistent with age.
