Unusual shape vintage hard plastic clear serving dish or bowl.  This dish is about 19 inches long.  It is about 9 inches wide in the center and 5 inches wide at the ends. It is about 3 1/2 inches tall.  This is a clear dish - the colors you see in the photos are reflections of light.  
There is no identifying information on this piece.  It  may be Regaline.  I am the original owner.  I don't really remember using this, though I am sure I did at one time (1970's probably).  It has been stored away since then.  There are no chips or cracks that I see.  Normal signs of use such as light scratches.
